Our artisans create each personalised jumper in just 2 days. Delivery then takes around 3–5 working days. You will receive tracking updates for your order.

Because each jumper is personalised and made to order, refunds are not possible.
However, if your jumper arrives faulty, damaged, or with an error in the personalisation, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us with your order number and photos.

Exchanges are only possible in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect personalisation. As each item is custom-made, exchanges for other reasons are not available.
